AILINA TIPS
EAT FOUR MEALS A DAY TO
LOSE FAT!
You can cause blood sugar levels to rise slowly by eating
four meals a day spaced about four hours apart. As much as
possible, meals should consist of organic, whole grains,
fruits, and vegetables, which are low glycemic, meaning
they turn to sugar slowly. And they should be high in
fiber, and good quality proteins and fats, which tend to
make blood sugar levels rise slowly.
With a slow rise in blood sugar, insulin is produced in
smaller amounts but continually, which is good. This
allows the receptors that are working to receive the
nutrition for the cells. Muscles that are conditioned
through exercise allow receptors to do their receiving
better than muscles that are not conditioned. I’ve found
that once nutrition and exercise are in play, trace
minerals like chromium and vanadium help keep receptors
from resisting insulin. There are many herbals that can be
effective against insulin resistance but my three
favorites are bilberry, turmeric and green tea. I like
these because they also have wide-ranging benefits for
overall health and well being.
